For kitchen cabinet hinges, the screw sizes usually range from #6 (3.5mm) to #8 (4mm), depending on the hinge type and cabinet material. Typically, screws are about 1" to 1 1/4" (25mm to 32mm) long for attaching hinges to the cabinet frame. For attaching the door to the hinge, screws are usually around 3/4" to 1" (20mm to 25mm) long. The exact screw size may vary based on the hinge type, so it's a good idea to check the manufacturer's recommendations. These sizes will help ensure a secure and stable installation for your kitchen cabinet hinges.
